Salah: Our link with Allah

Salah (prayer) is a special gif from Allah سبحانہ و تعالی to the believers.
It is a means of drawing close to Allah سبحانہ و تعالی and taking from His vast treasures. Allah سبحانہ وتعالی has prescribed five daily prayers for the believers and has commanded us to perform them at their fixed times.
Allah سبحانہ و تعالی says: ” Indeed, salah has been prescribed on believers at fixed times.”

Being the second pillar of Islam, Salah is one of the greatest obligations for Muslims.
The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم relates from Allah سبحانہ و تعالی ,
There is nothing that may servant approaches Me with that is more dear to Me than what i have made obligatory.”
